What is Leaderbox Pro?

Leaderbox is an innovative leadership, personal development, and team-building system for any size business. It has been developed to empower organisations to deliver their own training in-house or enhance current training programmes.
The system uses an alternative perspective to most leadership products and services by offering a full curriculum in a single box, one that can be run entirely in-house, developing potential leaders by giving them the opportunity to deliver the training to their peers and own departments. In doing so they pass on the unique culture and standards of the company, whilst enhancing their own leadership credentials.

What is Leaderbox Lite?

Leaderbox Lite is a scaled-down version of the Pro system, including the equipment to run the reduced number of activities. The Lite does not include hard copy manuals, therefore an Online subscription is required.  

How do I get Access to the Instructors' Portal?

Sign-up and subscribe to access the Instructors' Portal, unless you have a code with your Leaderbox Pro Purchase.

Do you have a code with your purchase?

Leaderbox Pro purchases come with 5 perpetual licences. These links will be sent when purchasing the box and can be redeemed using the coupon field when subscribing. Leaderbox Lite comes with a free licence for 3 months, after which the monthly fee is required.

Why is Leaderbox Online a paid service?

Leaderbox Online charges a small subscription per month to pay the running costs, update manuals, develop new exercises, and to manage the community. Access to the Leadership courses for participants and ACF Cadets is free by simply signing up from the home page.

Pro and Lite - what is the difference between the subscriptions?

The Leaderbox Pro Box is our fully fledged system, ideal for head offices, central training teams, and major divisions in an organisation. It it can be used in many ways, which you can read about here.Leaderbox Pro includes all manuals (hard copy), delving into more depth, and has more equipment. The Pro purchases come with 5 perpetual licences to the online portal, which should be enough for a team to use the system. Additional subscriptions are available if required. The portal contains many of the manuals in responsive soft copy format.

Leaderbox Lite is our smaller, more mobile system, ideal for satellite offices, sub-divisions of organisations, or by any team that wants to have fun whilst learning about leadership, teamwork and personal development. You can read more about it here. Leaderbox Lite is not supplied with hard copy manuals to keep the cost down. The manuals (a subset of the PRO manuals), which have been rewritten in some cases, are only available via the ACF Instructors' Portal - Subscription - Lite. This is available at a lower rate.
